Every trading day, a council of models drafts a rating for each DFM company. A rule-based gate accepts or withholds it — no human in the loop — and stamps a verifiable evidence trail you can click down to the source.

- ②AI draftA council of models rates the name from that evidence pack, votes recorded with weights.
- ③GateFour fail-closed checks — citation, faithfulness, data quality, confidence — accept or withhold. Rolling out — most reports currently show this step as pending.
- ④OutputA published BUY/HOLD/SELL, or an honest INSUFFICIENT_DATA when the gate falls closed.
